Who Is Uno Mas
Founded by Ron and Lori Bostick, Uno Mas Brands, LLC, is a multi-unit sales, marketing, and operations franchise operator in the West Texas region. UMB’s current portfolio exists across three (3) franchise brands: Orangetheory Fitness, The Joint Chiropractic, and HTeaO. UMB’s corporate office is in Lubbock, Texas.
Our Leadership
Ron Bostick – Co-Founder
Ron Bostick is the Co-Founder of UMB. Under Ron’s leadership, UMB has successfully opened and operated more than 10 franchise units over the last 10 years with total annual revenues exceeding $12,000,000. Ron is an experienced business leader with a demonstrated history of success in business strategy, sales and marketing, retail, training, team building and asset management. Ron’s passion for operating and scaling multi-unit franchise businesses to maximize market valuation and investor return is recognized across the industry.
The consummate visionary and entrepreneur famous for saying “Just one more….”, Ron started several businesses to put himself through college. Prior to starting UMB with his wife and partner Lori, Ron’s professional career includes holding positions in B2C, B2B, and pharmaceutical marketing and sales. Ron holds a B.B.A. in Business from Midwestern State University and was a Division II college athlete in baseball at Lubbock Christian University.
Lori Bostick – Co-Founder
Lori Bostick is the Co-Founder of UMB. Prior to founding UMB with her husband, Lori’s career started in customer service where she honed her experience for creating world-class cultures, teams, duplicatable systems and processes, and operational excellence. Dating back to when she and her husband purchased and sold their first franchise. Lori’s ability to see the big picture while comprehending the day-to-day allowed her to effectively oversee operations, human resources, information technology, legal, finance and accounting across the entire UMB portfolio of businesses.
Lori’s executive management and communication skills create a work environment that not only increases the fiscal viability of UMB, but her caring heart and passion for helping team members maximize their potential in all areas of personal and professional development truly permeates throughout the entire company culture and makes UMB one of the best places to work. When Lori is not working on the business with her husband, she enjoys spoiling her three grandchildren. Ron and Lori have been married thirty years and have two children.
